Jadot's numerous long-term relationships with winegrowers guarantee that the highest-quality fruit has sourced every year from vineyards across the Cote d'Or and Cote Chalonnaise.This Bourgogne Pinot Noir is medium-bodied, harmonious and balanced, with a plump fruitiness and silky texture offset by round, gentle tannins in a medium body and elegant structure. The very typical Pinot aroma and flavors of red cherries and wild strawberries complement a sweet, lingering finish. It has bottled at 13% alcohol by volume and pairs well with red meats, roasted chicken, pork tenderloin, soft cheeses, or grilled fish. It is best to serve at 17º C. Enjoy!
