Marques de Caceres Rueda Verdejo White Wine has made from Verdejo grapes from Spain's Rueda region. It has a bright, greenish straw color. The nose reveals its floral, mineral character with notes of citrus fruit (grapefruit). The Verdejo grape comes through with intense, clean, racy flavors of green apples and lemon peel. It offers intense bouquet with mineral notes, herbs, and citrus fruit.This Marques de Caceres Verdejo is deliciously balanced in the mouth with vibrant flavors of green apples. It has a good length and a deliciously fresh aftertaste. It has bottled at 13.5% alcohol by volume and pairs well with pork, shellfish, vegetarian, and cured meat. It is excellent by itself but weighty enough for various foods and best to serve at 6-8° C. Enjoy!
